The 14'' Evans G1 Coated is a classic and versatile drumhead loved by drummers of every level. This head is known for its open sound, warm attack, and natural resonance. Thanks to its single-ply 10-mil film construction, the G1 Coated delivers a clear response with plenty of sustain, allowing the drum's characteristic tone to be fully preserved.
The coated finish adds extra warmth and a controlled high end, making this drumhead very suitable as a snare batter or tom head. Furthermore, the surface feels pleasant and is ideal for use with brushes. Thanks to Evans Level 360 Technology, the head fits the shell perfectly, which makes tuning easier and ensures a consistent tone across the entire tuning range.
Whether you are playing in the rehearsal room, the studio, or on stage, the Evans G1 Coated 14 inch offers an excellent balance between sound quality, versatility, and durability. A reliable choice for a wide variety of musical styles such as rock, pop, jazz, and fusion.
