Description
The 14" Evans G2 Coated is a popular and versatile drumhead known for its powerful, warm sound and excellent control. This head consists of two plies of 7-mil film, which provides added durability and a fuller tone with fewer unwanted overtones. This makes the Evans G2 Coated particularly suitable for drummers looking for a solid, focused sound without sacrificing response.
The coated finish adds warmth to the attack and provides a pleasant playing feel, ideal for both sticks and brushes. Thanks to its balanced sustain and controlled resonance, this drumhead performs exceptionally well on floor toms, rack toms, and even as a snare batter. The Evans Level 360 Technology ensures a perfect fit on the shell, making tuning easy and the head sound more consistent across the entire tuning range.
Whether you play rock, pop, funk, or studio recordings, the Evans G2 Coated 14 inch delivers reliability, a professional sound, and a long lifespan.
