The 18" Zildjian A Custom Projection Crash is a professional crash cymbal specially designed for drummers who need maximum projection, a powerful attack, and a bright, musical tone. As part of the popular A Custom series from Zildjian, this cymbal combines a sparkling high end with a full body and excellent definition. Thanks to its brilliant finish and heavier construction, the Projection Crash cuts through a busy band mix with ease, both live and in the studio.
With a diameter of 18 inches, this crash cymbal offers an explosive response and a medium to long sustain, making powerful accents and dynamic transitions stand out beautifully. Its bright attack and controlled overtones make the cymbal particularly versatile for musical styles such as rock, pop, fusion, hard rock, and modern worship. Despite its powerful character, the A Custom Projection Crash retains a musical and refined tone.
The 18" Zildjian A Custom Projection Crash is an excellent choice for drummers looking for a professional crash cymbal with plenty of volume, a fast response, and the signature quality of Zildjian.
