The 19” Zildjian K Constantinople Crash/Ride is a premium hand-forged cymbal from Zildjian’s iconic K Constantinople series. These professional cymbals are world-renowned for their dark, warm, and complex tonal character. Thanks to the combination of crash and ride functionality, this 19-inch cymbal is exceptionally versatile for both studio recordings and live performances.
Traditional hand-hammering and a B20 bronze alloy provide a rich, organic sound with a controlled wash and clear stick definition. As a ride, this cymbal delivers crisp, musical articulation, while as a crash, it reacts in an open and explosive manner without overpowering. Ideal for jazz, fusion, soul, and acoustic music, but also suitable for modern genres where dynamics and nuance are important.
Due to its thin construction and refined finish, the K Constantinople has a quick response and a short to medium sustain, allowing it to blend perfectly into any mix. This is a high-quality choice for drummers looking for an expressive, professional crash/ride with a vintage character and top-tier sound.
