Description

The Meinl Concert SD2 SB114 drumsticks are designed for drummers and percussionists looking for warmth, control, and refinement in their playing. These sticks are made of durable American hickory and are ideal for use in concert bands, classical ensembles, and jazz settings. The SD2 variant has a thicker diameter than the SD1, but is shorter, providing more control and a balanced playing feel.

Thanks to the round tip, the SB114 sticks deliver a soft, warm attack with clear articulation – perfect for snare drums, concert toms, and soft percussion passages. The natural finish without lacquer offers a firm and comfortable grip, even during long rehearsals or performances.

Whether you are studying at a conservatory, playing in an orchestra, or teaching, the Meinl SD2 SB114 drumsticks are a reliable choice for any percussionist who wants to combine precision and musicality. They are also excellent for teaching purposes and light jazz or acoustic performances.
